May 25-28 Memorial Day Weekend Uniform Party

Come Celebrate the kick off to Summer in Saugatuck.  We’ll be opening the Campit pool for the season, hosting our first poolside B-Dance (BYO Afternoon Dance Party at the Pool), having a Bonfire party, and a Uniform Party.   Enjoy the holiday weekend at Campit with discounted Holiday camping and lodging packages.

June 1-3 Let's Get Physical Weekend

The Pool is Officially open, time to work off those few extra pounds we added over the winter... So... LET’S GET PHYSICAL!!  Join in as we find every activity we can to trim up and get ready for the onset of summer.  Cycling, Running, Kayaking, Canoeing, Walking, Swimming, Volleyball, and whatever else we can do to work up a sweat!

June 8-10 Mr. Campit Leather Contest & Leather Weekend

Do you think you have what it takes to be Mr. Campit Leather?  Do you know someone who does? Calling all STUDS!!  It’s time to vote for the next Mr. Campit Leather... ”MML Weekend” will start the festivities with a fundraiser BEERBUST to give you time to get to know a little more about the contestants.

June 15-17 Who's Your Daddy Weekend: Cubs and their BEARS!

Lions, and Tigers and Bears... OH MY! and a pack of Cubs roaming the campground! Will anywhere be safe??  Let’s hope NOT!  Join us for our FUR-LICKABLE Contest... who has the nicest pelt?

June 22-24 Celebrating Pride & Taste of Campit Charity Fundraiser Weekend

Saturday morning we’ll be building the Campit float for the pride parade, then we’ll relax poolside for a few hours... late afternoon, join us with your favorite hors d’oeuvre and or cocktails (enough to share) as we enjoy a Taste of Campit... Vote for your favorites with CASH (all donations to be given to charities).  Sunday join the caravan to Chicago for the Pride parade... join us IN the parade, or watch the parade on the sidelines.

June 29-July 1 Vacation Week Kickoff & Independence Day Holiday

Can you believe July 4th is here already... it’s time to get moving and do all those things you wanted to do this summer... join us for the entire week as we explore the Saugatuck/Douglas area with shopping, outdoor concerts, Indoor Performances, kayaking on the Kalamazoo and more.  Bring your bikes as we’ll be biking the trails... riding the dunes, relaxing on the beach, picnics, sunset cocktail party, and fireworks over the lake... or relax poolside, it’s up to you!

July 6-8 Vacation Week Finale & Independence Day Holiday

Join us as we wrap up a fun filled weekend of excursions and Parties... but it’s not over with yet...

July 13-15 Wild Wild West Weekend, Mr Campit Cowboy Contest, Grand Rapids Rivermen Run

Dust off the Stetson and pull on the boots... the cowboys are running wild!!

Friday evening join in the Chuckwagon Meet ‘n Greet poolside, along with some dancing. Saturday enjoy the pool or come out and learn some Country & Western line dances or the Two Step.  Later we’ll be checking out the Cowboys, and choosing a new Mr. Campit Cowboy for the year.  Then you’ll have a chance to use some of those moves you learned earlier at the HoeDown.  Sunday morning join the Grand River Renegades for a Pancake Breakfast (fundraiser).

July 20-22 Hawaiian Luau Weekend

Aloha!!  Grab a Mai-Tai and come to the “Cum-on-i-wana-lei-ya” Meet ‘n Greet.  Saturday, we’ll enjoy a Tropical Paradise Pig Roast and Pot-Luck!

July 27-29 Christmas in July

Ahh... Yulefest! It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!  At least here at Campit (except the lack of snow)... but the lights, the carols, the smell of roast turkey and stuffing wafting through the air... What a joyous time of year.  The park will be decorated in it’s Holiday finest, the luminairies will be out, the Christmas Potluck is sure to be tasty. And the Gift Exchange Campit style is always fun... bring a gift ($5-10 value) to take part.
