Tenting
  The “Old Horseshoe” is Campit’s original and still most social tenting area.  Its circular driveway provides easy access for setting up your campsite.  (Note that onsite parking may be restricted on busy weekends.)  All sites in the "Old Horseshoe" are now equipped with electric service.  Tenting rates in this area will reflect the nightly electric fee.
     
  The “New Horseshoe” is Campit’s largest tenting area and offers sites for more private camping in a rustic wooded setting.  Eight tent sites in the "New Horseshoe" are now equipped with electric service for an additional charge of $6/day.
     
  The “Men’s Horseshoe” also know as “Wisconsin” is a very rustic and private hike-in tenting area for men and offers camping and sunbathing alternatives.
     
  "Creekside” sites offer a natural wooded setting with vehicle access.
     
  "Westwood" offers a large wooded tenting area with adjacent parking lot.  The Westwood tenting area is designated as “quiet camp”  are for those who prefer to camp in an environment without amplified music or loud voices.  On holiday weekends, quiet hours start in Westwood at 11pm, the same time they are observed everywhere else at Campit.

  • Rates are per night, for each person on a tent site.
  • Maximum of 4 persons and 2 tents on a tent site.
  • Well behaved pets are welcome in the tenting areas.
* 7 Night Tenting Vacation - Turn a long weekend into a week-long vacation for only $10.00 per person!  Here’s how:  Book a three day weekend (Thursday, Friday & Saturday or Friday, Saturday & Sunday), and add four more consecutive weekdays for only $10.00 more per person.  You Save $30.00 per person!

* 7 Night Vacation  rates are not valid during holiday periods and can not start on a Saturday.
