It’s almost like camping except that Campit’s collection of 50’s and 60’s travel trailer rentals come with a roof over your head, a bed and electric lights, comfortable 1 or 2 people. Well behaved pets are welcome in the Rental Trailers. Please refer to the PET POLICY on the About Campit page. Like some of us, they are old but still think of themselves as cute.

Rental trailer guests use the campground bathhouses and must bring their own sleeping bags or linens.

Rental trailer guests have full access to Campit’s pool and all other resort amenities.

The Avion

This cutie was used by the television crew of the “Chris & John Show” last summer as the very gay, very flamingo-y, home of the boys while they were on their camping adventure. It’s now located in the East Village, on the fantail. You’ll be right in the action for Mardi Gras!

The Lucy

You know the Lucy Trailer on the front row – perfect, classy, spectacular landscaping, front seat to everything that’s going on at Campit. You can lease Lucy for the coming season and enjoy being a part of history for the six month season. SORRY, THIS TRAILER HAS BEEN LEASED FOR 2009.
