Instant Online Reservations
Campit Resort Guests can now book online using our new and improved instant booking engine. This is the same booking engine used by Campit Reservations Staff and offers the same availability that you would get over the phone or by email. Our booking engine also provides you the convenience of including add on options to your reservation, like Golf Cart rentals!
When making your reservation online, you must specify the number of guests who will be joining you. Just prior to your arrival, you will receive an email asking you to check-in ahead of time. During this check-in process, you will enter the names of the additional guests joining you. No more calling or emailing Reservations to make name changes!
Valid 2022 Membership is required for each guest staying at Campit on any reservation. The $15/person Membership renewal or New Member charges will be added to your reservation and charged to your credit card at check-in. Membership information is available on our website or by calling us at 269-543-4300.
As an alternative, reservations can also be made by calling Campit at 269-543-4300.
Accessibility at Campit Outdoor Resort Saugatuck
Campit is committed to increasing accessibility at the resort. Following is a summary of the current status of Campit’s accessibility:

- Accessible Reservations and Check-In – Campit offers touchless check-in from your vehicle. Reservations and payment can made both from our web site and over the phone. Upon your arrival we will come to your vehicle with registration forms, maps and other useful information. There is no need to get out of your vehicle to check in.
- Accessible Bathroom Facilities – Campit overs wheel chair accessible bathroom and shower facilities for both men and women at Westwood. In addition, Campit offers accessible bathroom facilities for men at the Poolhouse.
- Lodging Unit Accessibility – Two deluxe rooms in the Bunkhouse are reachable by wheelchair ramp and all four of the Bunkhouse Singles have entry doors at ground level. The doors and bathrooms in the Bunkhouse do not
- Pool Accessibility – Campit’s pool has an ADA compliant chair lift
- Accessibility Plan – Campit has a phased plan for making more accessible lodging units and facilities and to improving the accessibility features of its web site.

You can reach our reservations staff live from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time Monday through Saturday all year long. During the summer season, when Campit is open, you can also reach us live until 11pm on Fridays, 10pm on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 6pm Eastern Time.

While we certainly accept walk-ins, when we have space available, making an advance reservation will also allow us to get you checked in faster and off to enjoy your time at Campit. We take reservations by telephone. Campit Reservations can be guaranteed with either a VISA, Discover or MasterCard. For members without credit cards, reservations must be paid in advance by mail.
Guaranteed reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can, however, change your reservation before your scheduled arrival to another available date this season, with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY
Campit reservations must be guaranteed to your credit card, which means they are non-cancellable and non-refundable. But you can change your reservation any time up to the day before your scheduled arrival. Following are the details about making a change if you need to.

RESERVATION CHANGES:
In most cases, reservations can be changed up to the day before your scheduled arrival. You can change your arrival/departure date to another time during the same season; you can change the type of accommodation; you can change the names of additional persons on your reservation. For reservations that are changed, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the reservation on the day you make any change.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS:
We will charge your credit card for holiday reservations including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Campit’s Mardi Gras, at the time your reservation is made. If you want to make changes to your holiday reservations, you need to do so at least 7 days in advance of your arrival.
RESERVATION NO-SHOWS:
In the event of a no-show, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of this guaranteed reservation. No refund or rescheduling is available for no-shows.
RESERVATION REFUNDS:
Reservations are non-refundable.
